Andy Branchi brings over twenty years of operational leadership across the North American energy sector. His experience includes senior P&L accountability overseeing multi-million-dollar business units, field operations leadership, and enterprise-level performance improvement within technically complex asset environments.

He has led operational integration, cost discipline initiatives, and performance optimization across diverse asset and service platforms, with emphasis on structured execution and measurable results.

Shaun Tymchyshyn
President Development & Production

An engineer with +22 years of experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin with a background spanning operations, reservoir, exploitation, and reserves engineering across a variety of conventional and unconventional plays.  Experienced in economic evaluations that helped identify acquisition and divestiture opportunities to support asset growth and portfolio optimization. Known for his analytical and investigative approach, he enjoys diagnosing complex performance challenges and working with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, data-driven solutions that increase asset values and operational performance.
